One of the best of the genre of Tower Defense Strategy in Real-Time Defense Grid: The Awakening will offer fans of uncomplicated lesson for a couple of evenings: the game must defend their base with various towers, defense against attacks from enemies. Alien Mind and other vermin they are attacking a huge mass of the tower as the player must successfully destroy the aggressors on the approaches to the goal.  The game included add-on Defense Grid: Borderlands, which adds 4 new maps with multiple modes for each, and 3 new modes for the 20 original card game.


Defense Grid : Gold Features

• The high variability of the game. There are about 8 hours of play in the main storyline, as well as many hours of play in other modes that give players unique starting conditions and objectives. Each level is very variabelen, and can be solved in different ways, with an increase in efficiency - increases award.
• A large variety of enemies. During the game, players encounter 15 different types of enemies, which are becoming more powerful and use different strategies in an attempt to circumvent the defense player. With the progress of the levels, enemies become harder and harder to win.
• 20 unique levels. Defense Grid: The Awakening has 20 unique locations, with different locations of roads and places under the tower, as well as open space for planning strategy.  
• Numerous options towers and upgrades. There are 10 different types of towers with 3 levels of abilities in each. Each tower has unique abilities, they should be placed in a special way, based on, for example, in direct view of the enemy or need to apply the knowledge in ballistics. Some towers improve other nearby tower, and some are ideal in certain places, so, the rear guard tower, may carry out devastating attacks.
• Achievements. Successful completion of each level gives the award - a bronze achievement. Additional goals provide the silver and gold medals at a certain level. Beginner players will be able to survive the attack, but only an experienced player will be able to get all the gold achievement.
